SITE VISIT
We come to you at a time that suits. We will discuss your brief, budget and consider important aspects of the home. Allow 2 to 3 hours for the consultation. We'll address adaptability, accessibility, muli-use of space, potential of overcapitalisation, site suitability, indoor/outdoor solutions and council guide and restrictions.
We will assist designing to your needs and circumstance while ensuring authority frame work and constraints are taken into consideration.
You may opt to involve your architect or alternatively choose from our list of approved professionals.

APPROVAL
As part of our service, once we have your instruction to proceed, we'll help prepare all architectural drawings and documents for lodgement to relevant authorities, acting on your behalf in pursuit of authority approvals.
Once relevant approvals have been obtained, we work with you to select the finishes of your build. The FreemanPaul process allows clients time to make decision while having access to professionals in all fields. You'll be in charge of styling of Interiors and exteriors, fixtures, tiling, landscaping and smart home solutions under the guidance of our team of experts.
